• The Protestant Church started in the 16th century by Martin Luther. Today The Church of England is the most common church in England.  
• The Christian churches in England consist of:

• Islam:
• The second largest religion in England is Islam.  This religion came to England in the 1300s.  During this time some of the most educated men were Muslim.  
• Through England there are many temples and Islamic practices held.  Islamic religions are also take into consideration with schools and businesses.
